Very poor signal

During the month of July I informed Cell C, through various means of communication, about very bad signal being received in the Voorbrug, Delft area. On 15 July 2013, I posted a complaint on Hellopeter about the very same issue. They responded that with: "We apologise for the poor network signal in your area. This will be referred to Mbongeni in our escalations team. He will contact you to follow up on the problem". A guy by the name of Devan called me a couple of times to follow up. I must commend him for getting back to me. However, nothing is being done about it. They said they're busy with some upgrades, but do they want to tell me that it takes months to do upgrades? They are suppose to be one of the top cellular services providers, yet they lag behind when it comes to customer service. Maybe the Delft area is not as important to them as some of the other posh areas!! Plz let me know if you're planning to attend to this matter ASAP or if I should move to either Vodacom or MTN where you actually get your money's worth!!!
