I sent an-mail to CellC's "C.E.O" and "CUSTOMER SERVICES" as well as the "ESCALATIONS DEPARTMENT"on 09/08/13 and a follow up e-mail on 13/08/13. I received the automated response that they would reply to me WITHIN 24-72 HOURS. Today is the 17/08/13 and have not received what I asked for. NOW IS THIS NOT THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER???!!!
