I just want to start of by saying i am more than thrilled with the help of ronelle o'connor from the belville branch, she has really went above and over the call of duty helping me, but the head office really just doesnt care, firstly they said i just need a beyond economical repair report then everything will be sorted out in 48hours... i went and paid for one, then it seems i did it for nothing, as they wanted the phone to go to technical as well... and they just are not getting back to ronelle.
Well the 48hours is 120hours already and still no new phone and i keep missing important emails, the rason i joined nashua mobile was to cancel out all the hassles but now when i really need you its even more of a hassle...
