Vodacom softlocked my phone all because they delivered another new phone 2 weeks after they delivered the original phone I ordered. I returned the 2nd phone, but my phone has been softlocked for over a week & NO ONE in customer service or accounts are able to resolve the issue.
I have never had such bad customer service - not even from government organizations!
It is impossible to speak to anyone that can resolve the issue.
Will never deal with Vodacom again!
