In February 2013, we called Telkom that we are moving and we need to move the line/account. In Mach we were billed for a line that we were not using anymore. We called again and we asked why is that? They said is because they do not have lines in Midstream. Okay, if you do not have lines, I am cancelling the contract since I no longer live in Doringkloof anymore!
We are in July now and I am still debited monthly R450 from my account for something I cancelled and do not use. We have a few emails with references numbers from Telkom, apologies and assurance that they will sort it out... R450 for the last 6 months is what telecom steals from my account, R2700! Shouldn't all this incompetent people be locked up? This is!!!
Just give my money back!!!
