Incompetent staff

I have two lines with Telkom, one in Johannesburg Gauteng, and one in Standerton Mpumalanga. I requested my line in Standerton (017) 712-6988 to be cancelled with immediate effect when I called in January. To my surprise, a debit order went off my accout and when I called, I was informed that the line was never cancelled. I have been on the phone since 8H00 this morning trying to get hold of people in the cancellations department but to no avail. Either 10000 people are cancelling their telkom lines daily, or the staff do not want to answer the phones. I have had nothing my problems with telkom since I had my second line installed. I WANT TO CANCE L MY TELEPHONE LINE IN STANDERTON AND REFUSE TO PAY ANY EXTRA COSTS DUE TO INCOMPETENT STAFF. IF THE STANDERTON LINE (017) 712-6988 IS NOT CANCELLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, I WILL CONTACT THE CONSUMER PROTECTION FIRST THING TOMORROW MORNING. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 40 MINUTES AS I'M TYPING THIS REPORT AND STILL NO ONE HAS ANSWERED.

I EXPECT SOME SORT OF PROFESSIONALISM ON YOUR PART. YOU ARE MILKING ME DRY WITH MONTHLY PAYMENTS I HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE YOUR PEOPLE CANNOT DO THEIR JOBS!!!

I AM GETTING REALLY FED UP WITH THIS NONSENS
