Having switched from a blacberry contract (which i used to phone etc) to a data contract, 3 months later i am still being billed for bis etc> spent the last week calling customer service only to be told now its not their fault the agent that did the migration SHOULD have changed the contract add ons.in the mean time i am being billed for something someone else SHOULD have done.
