Change Ownership of Line

My mother has passed and she was the account holder for the Telkom phone line. We have been trying to change the account details to show my name has the account holder. I was told by the Sea Point branch that it would cost R700 to complete that transfer but when I called the accounts department the cost for them was R291! So I follow the instructions from the account department to email [Email Removed] with the death certificate and completed application forum. I emailed this information a month ago and still haven't heard anything back. I have been without a land-line this WHOLE time.
