I was promised a refund yesterday. I talked to a consultant and he informed me that my problem would be sorted by yesterday. I have just been to an ATM but it seems cell c in their infinite wisdom feels they need my money more than I do. So if cell c could please take the following steps for me with regards to this contract.
1. cancel this contract
2. please supply me with the date that this contract comes to an end as well as the date when the last payment will be due.
3.supply me with the amount that will be deducted.
4.supply me with a letter stating that the last payment will be deducted on that date only and no more deductions will be made from my account.
5.supply me with a letter stating when cell c will be returning my money to my banking account.
I would like this letter sent to me by EMAIL and post please. Earliest it must be EMAILED is by 4:30pm today and latest Monday 11am.
I would like the letter EMAILED and posted.
