I am yet another victim of vodacom. I cancelled with vodacom in april of 2012 and was given a cancelation fee i needed to pay, at the time i lost my job and was out of work and the arrangement was made that i pay off the R5000 cancelation fee over the next few months. i then paid up the account in november of 2012 and was told that the account is now paid up. a few months later i then got a bill for a new number. when i called in screaming with vodacom and speaking numerous call centre agents and to 3 different managers still nothing was done and till today i have not gotten any call back regarding this issue. i am now sitting on ITC as a bad payer because of their incompetence and what do they care. I demand i be removed from iTC and they, this company needs to short this out. This is causing much grief in my life
