Unauthorized Subscriptions

This is the second time now that my account suddenly has "content services" subscriptions on it. 3 of them this time.
My bill has gone from R184 per month to R759 because of sudden itemized billing for Opera14 (R6.15) per day, Opera10 (R4.39) per day, AND Smartcall (smart040 for R17.55 PER DAY!).

I don't have any unsubscribe smses related to this and can't get rid of them. I don't use ANY subscription services for downloading anything. According to the info from cellc online it isn't their problem and have to be sorted out with the subscription companies themselves which is useless since this is the second tiome since getting my new contract from cellc. I wanted to move my other vodacom number over to cellc to, but now there is no chance in.
