I transferred a business line to a residential line, the voice line was transferred but not the data, so i struggled for three days, no one could help me or give an answer, i then spoke to a wonderful young lady in the accounts department at telkom named Tsholo and she was an absolute champ. She knew her job she sorted a problem out quick, i must say she is one in a million at telkom SA. She is continuing to help me sort out an issue. She is Definitely an ASSET. Thank you.
