I renewed my contract with Iburst in April 2012 and agreed my debit order to be R273 per month. In April 2013, Iburst started debiting my account for R139.00 additional. When I questioned this, they said that it was for a modem they supplied to me in around June 2011. They just started debiting my account without even the decency of calling me and making me aware of their mistake, they just started taking money of my account. I feel this is and service providers like this should not be in business with their unethical practices. And now when I want to cancel my contract due to their mistake, they say I have to pay about R1, 100 to cancel, for their mistake.
