Out of 6 attempts to 8ta technically support, I was cut of 4 times and twice could not get through. With the thought of 7 being the lucky number, was able to get through. It seems every time I call, I and query something, I get put on hold for a few minutes whilst the consultant tries to figure out a solution. This is beyond my comprehension, are there not supposed to be technical experts at the help desk? I will continue to complain until someone from 8ta/Telkom
