Mtn not refunding customer and bad service delive

My wife overpaid the MTN cell phone account instead of R700 she paid R7000 what a struggle since the 3rd of July after numerous promises and email, stating my proof of payment and bank statement and holding on each time I call for more than 45 min and each time a different story then I'm in the next run then I am going to be paid on the 26 of July, I need the to be accountable and refund me what is due to me and the email address the supervisor supplied is invalid, the question is who because of this inconsistent stories who can we trust the people that I have contacted wrt my refund is, baba mdluli, Aubrey nkosi, nguni and server all other no help
