Pathetic service and poor information

My husband applied for a contract, he was told he would be contacted shortly to state whether he was accepted or declined. The sunday morning thereafter he received a call from the branch stating he was accepted and needed to come or advise which phone and contract he wanted. he had questions and asked her to call back as he was in church. She never called back. the monday he called her and she was not at work, a consultant told him she would call tuesday. Tuesday we went to the store, he requested a blackberry bold 9900 was told it wasnt in stock she would have to order. the wednesday he followed up and was told it wont be in stock. he phoned greenstone and was told no problem he can come there and get the phone same day. he collected his papers as well as the completed form from 8.ta showing he qualified as a client. he got to greenstone and after the consultant typed in his details he was told he didnt qualify!
