Wanted to upgrade from 2 meg to 10 meg. Phone - no problem - just change on the website - easy. BUT they never tell you you have to change on 2 places! also a small hidden away Telkom speed setting.! Why don't they do that automatically and why the ^&% didn't they tell me that this change was also necessary!!
Now I have to wait another 48 hours with kids moaning that they wanted the faster speed for a lan party the week-end.
When I phoned to check why my speed was still 2 MB I Asked Immanuel? who was responsible (whoever did the change must be on their system) and will he be reported to his boss so he won't do it again and GOT THE RUNAROUND - waste of time - no interest in fixing the problem
