I went in to get an upgrade but was on a corporate package. This was not upur typical upgrade. After explaining my situation to Ntabiseng she asked around for help, called the call centre and helped me out. Afterwords everything went smoothly. She was very capable and extremely friendly for 4 o'clock. I will most definately recommend MTN Sandton City especially Ntabiseng.
