I bought a D-link router for my home network and ADSL. The 1 and only reason for this purchase was because it was meant to connect a printer and make it wireless. I asked the sales lady if any printer can be connect and the answer was yes. I read about it on Telkom website and no where did it say certain printers only so I purchased it. I have connected it and after 2 days of battling still unable to print wireless. I called the call center but might as well pulled my finger nails out with a pair of pliers. I have no idea who interviews these illiterates that firstly cannot understand the English language never mind the technical aspect of what is required. Not one of the 12 operators new what I needed so transferred me from pillar to post with excuses that it was not the router but indeed my printer that was not compatible. Eventually found 1 person that sounded like he was willing to help and knew what he was talking about, but as it would be we got cut off and then that was that he disappeared, I think he was visiting there. When twice when I got irritated with the operators they simply put me on hold into thin air forcing me to call back. total of 60min from a cell phone.
