Having noticed a sharp increase in my cellular bill over the last few months I have requested a completer breakdown of my invoice (so it can be UNDERSTOOD) only to be told that I would have to pay R23 for this privelage. What kind of rip off is this, in addition to having to pay cellular rates when calling the Customer DON'T CARE helpline. The sooner my contract is finished the better.
