Last week, after reporting to Hello Peter, about my add on line's problem, ongoing for the past 5 months, I at last received a response from CellC. Sipho called me & assured me that everything was sorted out, even send me a formal letter of apology admitting their mistake. However, not even 15 mins after receiving the apology letter my line was cut again, I imediately send Sipho an e-mail, upon which he replied that the line was cut due to non usage & I should load airtime to update the airtime window. This did not & still does not make any sense to me since its a contract phone! I replied to his e-mail & once again have had no reply after sending him several e-mails, not surprised since "ignore the client" seems to be the policy of cellc! Once again the only person willing to assist being the Alberton city store manager. I have had NO response from cellC To date & my line is not active!
