2WEEKS AND STILL WAITING TO ACIVATE 3G STICK

I Purchased a CELLC 5Gig 3G Stick from my Service provider MWEB. I was told it would be activated wothin 4hours. After numerous phone calls to MWEB, I was told they sent the request for activation but Cell C hadn't done it yet. I contacted the call centre again and was told it normally takes 24working hours to activate. I waited the whole week and at the end of the week was informed that the 5gigCell C package is a new product and they haven't set up the service and billing from their end! How do you justify advertising and selling a product that hasn't been properly set up on the back end???!!! I am still waiting for a resolution...
