Commitment to great customer service

Good day.

I'd like to compliment one of CellC customer service advisor. Xolile Khulu, for the excellent service she provided me with. Xolile made me feel welcome, she was patient, helpful and pleasant. Xolile helped me to sort out my contract termination after strangling for few weeks to covert my contract to prepaid.

I was desponded regarding the horrible and unpleasant service I received from the CellC call centre (Retention). However, Xolile's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Xolile kept her promises and kept me informed throughout the whole process when her colleagues and her supervisors failed to do so for weeks.

Within matter of hours she was able change my account to prepaid and cancel the debit order

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with CellC because of her.
