Its my 3rd complain and again five days later, despite numerous empty promises that a Sisa will sort out my query nothing was done, cell c is just in it to rip people off and take peoples hard earned money for their gain. again my account was debited again but i dont have the pleasure of the phone that im paying for, i am fed up and feel so despondant, i feel like terminating all 3 contracts and just go on without being ripped off and to. times is tough and cell c still see chance to still want to people dry and to top it all off.
i would appreciate it if i dont get another empty reply from cell c by appologising and a useless promise about this Sisa as i know it wont materialise, i just want this mess to be sorted out as i work very hard for my money and it sadens me that big companies such as cell c promise people the world but is just a rip off
