I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Angelique Jordan, for the excellent service she provided me last week. Angelique helped me to sort out my cell phone order (BB Z10) and delivery after I have placed a wrong order (IPad Mini).
I have always been pleased with the service I receive at FNB premier suite. However, Angelique 's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.
Within a few days, my cell phone was delivered.
