UNABLE TO ACTIVATE 3G SIM CARDS

I supplied company documents to Cell C Sandton City on 20 June 2013. I got a response from Devesh teh consultant on 24 June 2013. I called teh store on that that day as i a had a query on the the forms that they requested me to complete. I was told the consultant was busy with a customer and will get back to me. I left four messages on that day for teh consultant or manager to get back to me - with no reposnse. Continued to cal and leave messages all well. Went into store on 01 July 2013 - after a long wait i eventually got the 3g cards. I was told that there are incompetant staff therefore is houdl understand - SERIOUSLY!!! Today is the 08 July 2013 - 3g cards are still not activated. I called the head office - no surprise they cannot help me!!! WHO DO I DEAL WITH TO RESOLVE!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE MY COMPANY ON THEIR SYSTEM YET
