Loyalty is a two-way street

I have been an Autopage client for approximately 13 years. Every year I upgrade to their specific upgrade deals, until the last upgrade where I requested personalised service due to my loyal long term support, which I got after a fair amount of effort. This upgrade I requested the same, asking for a slightly tailor made deal to suit my individual needs.

I emailed the call centre, stating that I am not in the market to "wheel and deal" so I would appreciate an honest/attractive offer first up, stating what I had in mind. My previous experience has proven that the upgrade prices/deals all depend on who you talk to. All I received in return for all of my queries was an email with a copy of the standard Cellular Retention Price List, proving my point that the retention department couldn't be bothered with assisting loyal long term clients.

There is no need for reply to this report as I have instructed them to terminate the contract at expiry at the end of May.
