I cancelled my ADSL line some time ago - Ref NO. TOC277794483, yet I am STILL getting notifications via sms of a new balance. I have paid the outstanding amount, I want the line CANCELLED, as I no longer need the line. WHAT MUST I DO TO HAVE THIS DONE???
