The procedure you are refering too was followed and the phone was sent back to MTN in march month already to date i we are just paying for something that is lying on your offices somewhere and are getting no feedack at all, the last time the manager picked up her phone when we call said it was a matter that was beyond her as well she had escalated it and have had no response since. And the service is paid for moth after month.
