To be quite frank i cant believe it has been a month already and NOTHING has been done about my phone.
I have logged 2 hello peter complaints and have been in contact with the MTN shop every 2nd or 3rd day and i still haven't gotten my phone back. Why am i paying for a phone every month and nothing to show for it. Not even a courtesy phone was offered for my inconvenience. This is by far the worst service I have ever gotten and if nothing is done by tomorrow i will be canceling my contract with you and moving to another network and also I will be claiming the consumer protection act. I hope i have made myself clear in this matter that i have had enough.
