One month after placing a note on Hello Peter about not receiving my cellphone, I still haven't heard any new feedback nor have I received my phone. It is going on 4 months now, I have been paying every month for the contract but have never had a phone to use. Not having a phone for 4 months has caused such an inconvenience to me. I was clear that if they do not want to give me a phone, they should at least cancel the contract so that I don't have to pay and I can take out another contract with a different sevice provide
