Debit order chaos!

Ive been trying constantly, for the last YEAR to get my debit order with Vodacom sorted out. I moved banks from ASBA to FNB last year this time and since then, at least once a month have been filling out the same form, speaking to accounts departments, phoned the helpline a couple of times... Its really tiresome.

Ive tried going to different branches to see if it was not in internal error, but Canal Walk, Tygervalley, N1 City or Waterfront all accepted the forms I filled in and nothing happened. Now, this makes me wonder if the contract I cancelled was even cancelled?

This last month I was not in the country and could not pay them cash like I am forced to do and my phone was soft locked until I was back in the country because of this!

Getting real tired of this. I have seriously lost trust in Vodacom as a whole. Ive been with them for over 8 years, and at the moment, I am just waiting for my contract to finish.
