I would just like to say thank you very much to Paul Rozycki. My husband has been battling for months to get his phone sorted and after getting hold of Paul Rozycki, our prayers have been answered. After one phone call we received a call notifying my husband that they were looking into the matter.

The following day we received another call to say that they have investigated the issues and they have agreed to sort out the broken phone.

Thank you very much Paul for your outstanding service. I truely wish there were more people out there in this world willing to help.
