I want to express my extreme gratitude to Paul Rozycki at MTN Head Office.
I had extreme difficulties with network coverage where I stay - numerous dropped calls and worst of all was that I could not work from home when needed due to poor wifi signal.
I sent Paul an email complaint and he responded the very same day. My problem has been resolved within a week and I could not be happier! Surfing the internet (in between work of course) is now a pleasure!!!
Such great customer service is hard to find!! Paul, thank you very much, my hero for 2013!
