I wonder if the owner of Eureka Accommodation is aware of the lack of service that his reception/booking staff are giving to guests. My husband and I had been trying since last year to get a quote from Paul. We had emailed countless times, phoned a lot and even drove to Eureka. The only time we got a 'general' quote was when we phoned Paul and asked him for the owner's contact details. We were planning on hiring accommodatin for just over 100 people for the long weekend in August 2013. Due to the non-chalant attitude of Paul, we decided to rather go to UCSA in Strandfontein.
I wonder how many more people have been put off by Paul's attitude.
I must say that first impressions are lasting and this impression has left a sour taste in my mouth.
