8ta telecommunications enterprise, have sold me a product on the 21st of January 2013 where they don't provide sufficient infrastructure and didn't provide sufficient information on the product. The product is their 60/60gig data. The dilemma we faced was that no 3G signal is available at our residence. I have brought it to their attention the following day that I would like to cancel the product but was told that I cannot. I have also followed up on the request for the refund and cancelation of our contract on the 28th of January 2013 and spoke to the customer helpline service. I was told that there is a SLA of 72hours for this process. I have also requested the individual Mayc at the 8ta customer centre to speak to a form of management but was denied and the impression is given that they are not willing to discuss any requests. She said that they will not refund the amount as it is prepaid and not a contract. This is not true as the data that is purchased, is not available until everything has been used up, but is only available for a period of 12 months whether the data has been used up or not.
