We had been a loyal customer of Paul's Gates until our recent encounter with them. After receiving our quote (which differed to what was discussed with Paul in person) attempts to get an updated quote and some answers were met with unreturned call after unreturned call.
While this may not have been a big job for them, I certainly won't be sending my own / my friends / my families future work their way.
