MTN Allows deductions and cannot advise client why

At MTN Rivonia Rd Customer services I queryied why I had so little money in my call account when I should receive R100 on the 26th Monthly> I was not helped and told a query would be lodged and I would be advised within 24 hrs>
Who is joking MTN respond to a query -NEVER< Now todat without using my phone what little money I had was gone. So a call was made direct to their call centre and for a change was answer by a lady who could help.
ONLY o be told that there are 2 seperate daily deductions for some rubbish as a senior citizen I would never subscribe too - now it can be unsubscribed but it takes 48hrs!! I want my money back as I have NEVER given permission for this money to be deducted. Mira Networks and Opera Iteractive were the culprits!!!
