I have been receiving a postal Invoice for cell number 0837803282 since January. I have phoned the "Customer Care" centre on at least 6 occasions, taken one of the incorrect invoices into Umhlanga MTN Service Centre (March), gone into the local Ballito MTN office and I am still receiving these invoices.
In addition to MTN removing my postal address from this account, I now require compensation for the time I have taken so far to sort this out (total 9.5 hrs @ R500/hr = R4500 - 45 mins for each call, 3 hrs for Umhlanga complaint, 2 hrs for Ballito complaint). If necessary, I will take of taking legal action in the small claims court.
The total incompetence exhibited by MTN in not sorting out this issue is breathtaking. Even today when I called, they are trying to tell me that I have not called them before about this issue.
