When I applied for a Truworth account, I specified my postal adddress for purposes of obtaining my account. One of the employees incorrectly captured my details, and so I contacted their call centre and advised the agent of their error, and furnished her with my correct postal address.
Notwithstanding the above, my account is still does not correctly reflect my postal address. I took the time to notify Truworths of their error, and they cannot be bothered to rectify it.
