No MTN Data Service

MTN Data services in the Valhalla (Pta) area are down... Now really fed up trying to explain it to them...
Nothing wrong with modem, full 3G signal but remote computer keeps on terminating the connection.
This is on contract and not pre paid. I bought a pre paid modem with cell C to send this message.
