I took out a 2GB data contract with portable wifi modem at Sandton City on 24 May 2013. I phoned their call centre to enquire about the special and what all costs are involved, When I went to sign the documents I was told that there was additional fees involved which was not mentioned when enquiring. We resolved the discrepancy and I was informed that the contract will be activated wihtin a few hours.

After a day of non activiation I contacted the branch and queried the delay. They promised to get it resolved, which did not happen. It took numerous calls to them and more then a week before I could use my wifi modem.

I thought everything was now resolved until I received my invoice for June 2013 where I was charged a huge GPRS usage charge. I phoned the call centre of head-office to enquire and was told I used 7GB, whilst my contract was for 2GB. This is impossible. I never used so much data. There must be a problem when capturing my new contract. I phoned again and was told something different.

I need 1 person to talk to who can review to whole deal processing and get this resolved for me. Everytime I need to explain to different people without success.
