Good Day
A few months ago I was phoned by a company call summer mobile offering me a new cell phone contract from mtn. It was nice so I accepted it but when the phone arrived it was not what i expected so I phoned and cancelled the contract, however I am still being billing for a phone I do not have. I did not use the phone or even activate the sim, all was returned the following day. I have so far been debited R 265, 72 and I'd like a full refund as I have not used any of the service provide. Thank you
