Please help me! In January 2013 i received a marketing call for the latest nokia asha mobile with R100 airtime for only R100 a month, however the nokia asha i received was not as advertised so i requested that the cellphone be picked up and the contact be terminated.
It has been six months and the contract has yet to be terminated and so far my account has been debited for an amount of R 496.57 for a contract I did want.
I have emailed [Email Removed] and complained before but MTN claim that the number has been used.
I have not used the sim card or the cell phone, the cell phone number on the statement is "060 509 2148".
Please refund me for the money debited from my account and cancel this number, Please
