I upgraded my contract almost 3 months ago. Before i whent in to upgrade I was constantly mailed with upgrade choices etc. I have since upgraded and for the last 3 months have not received the 300mb of data i am entitled to as per my contract. MTN does not get back to me at all when i query this. I have since lost alot of money because I have to use my own airtime for data expenses. Hopefully after this, someone will contact me so this can be sorted out.
