I went to telkom alberton on 30/12/2013 to apply for adsl. I was advised by the sales consultant who asked installation department the they will install on the 6/1/2014. I waited for telkom to arrive on Monday the (/1/2014, but no one arrived. I contacted the 10210 on Tuesday they Advised me someone will some, yet no one arrived. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday came an no own from Telkom arrived. I have to, got back to work on Monday the 13/1/2013, so how is telkom going to fit the line. THE service is shocking and all you get is the run around when you call! no one gets back to you to advise you why they do not attend. PLEASE can someone sort this matter out
