To my astonishment I activated a Telkom Line - and received an Invoice nr 309A100272BG - My calls was only R171.61 - the rental was charged R348.77 (Block a call plus etc) the problem is this was services previously taken but the new line can not block a call - Charged for services not activated! and then R512.97 service Fee - for what? I emailed Telkom - I queried the amounts - till today no email back or call back to me. So for R171.61 I end up with a bill of R1178.00? Ridicules!!! Telkom thats why most people change to Cellphones - Telkom please answer my queries
