NO GETTING BACK TO CLIENT

I have been trying to deal with Isaac Sithole for more than a year and no results he dont ever respond. I have asked him why when the property was sold over by the bank he told me it was up to the attorneys to do so. I then spoke to the attorneys who informed me thats the banks responsibility as they only dealt with transfer. I also asked him as the loan was joint why contact me a year later after contacting the other guy who has since been making monthly payments on the outstanding amount.

He could not answer me.the problem is not paying back what is owed on the account its the fact know after all these months my account is not giving a good reflection on ITC.As I know reflect as a non payer on the account. Recently I requested a statement reflecting from time of transfer. When I received the statements I asked him via email to send me a statement that reflects amount outstanding and then showing the transfers and it would be more detailed as it reflects the total amount on there.

Also on the statement after the transfer why is there interest being charged on the account. I am very irrate to the fact that he never respond to me and FNB always says within 48 hours customers BAD SERVICE
