Worst service provider!!!

Good day,

I have been a loyal client of MTN for several years not only having a cellphone contract but internet connection as well. My contract alone costs R500 a month. For those kind of fees you would expect top class service. In this case, I have never in my life experienced such poor service from MTN. And its not a branch in specific but the company in general. The past few months there were errors on my account as well and they have been debiting my account late in the month and sometimes twice a month. Then i get sent an email that further action will be taken because apparently my account is 60 days overdue. BULL!!! My account has been paid every month and up to date. The other problem I have is that the Blackberry Bold which I have is about a year old. Since Ive had that phone its given problems. I have sent it in for repairs how many times and to be returned with the problem. The phone would go off and I showed this to one of the Managers at a MTN store and all he said was that it must be sent in for repairs. At Vodacom, they replace the phone immediately and that is why I have taken out a contract with them. Unfortunately I still have to pay MTN's contract. UNACCEPTABLE
