I trade my 2010 Kia Soul & was offered R133000 by the manager, I could get a higher trade in at Suzuki but mr Butcher told me he can give me a higher trade in as he can only sell my car for R139900, at the end my car was sold for R159900. My settlement was R 124000, the cash amount was about R 9000 & we asked the sales person to get a qoute on smash & grab and light, roof & bonnet protectors for the new car. He phoned me with a qoute of R1824 for the smash & Grab which I accepted. He never gave us a qoute on the protectors, and without permission from us he put it on my new car. After we fetch the new car we were told that they will come back with the price of the protectors, a week later we got the numberplates still without the price. The we got an email of R8105 for the protectors which we had an qoute from a place for the same work for R2750.00 and we know that the place where we got a qoute would have done a better job as they did my husbands X3. The joke is when I start enquiring this they never answer me because I did not pay the 1824 for the smash& grab to Kia and up to now never heared anything from them regarding this matter, my husband contact KIA SA with no reply.
